WATER CARRIER is a photographic work exploring the relationship between the human body, ritual and the act of carrying. The figure becomes both subject and vessel, carrying something that remains partly unseen.
The image reflects on physical effort, vulnerability and the quiet rituals of everyday life. Its restrained composition leaves space for the viewer to interpret what is being carried — physically, emotionally or symbolically.
The photograph is printed on a rigid panel and framed in naturally tanned leather, creating a tactile contrast between the photographic image and the material of the frame.
